Quality Inn Appleton West

It was a suitable option for a weekend in Appleton with good value for money. The hotel was noisy, and we had issues with the room condition, but the staff was friendly when addressing our concerns. Make sure to check if room keys are working before settling in.

They had wifi

The air conditioner did not work well at all and the room was very hot all night. When I told them at check out they said you should have called and we could have changed room. I did not wan to change room in the middle of the night. The hotel was very run down. The sheets were older than the mattress which was a little deeper so the sheets did not stay on the bed. We felt that this is not a hotel you should be advertising on the internet. I would rate this a very poor.

The hotel's location was decent, not far from multiple restaurant and shopping options and downtown activities. The room was nicely furnished and large, had smoke detectors for the safety. The breakfast was super, the check in was fast.

Our first room key didn't work, and the staff informed us that the initial room looked clean but wasn't. In the new room, we faced numerous issues, including a non-functioning TV and a dirty shower, disappointing. The towels were so thin they ripped after light use, and to top it off, two lights were burnt out in the room. The next day, we encountered more problems when our room keys didn't work again and had to be rescanned.

A bumpy start to our stay

The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving our room key issue. The location was also convenient, great to explore the area easily.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was questionable. The shower wasn't up to standard, and the towels were thin and ripped after just one use.

The location was great, just a pleasant stroll away from Ford Park.

The desk attendants each day were polite and extremely helpful. They addressed all requests immediately. Great access to highway and the mall. Facilities and price were acceptable.

Request clean towels upon arrival, as the ones provided may be too thin and easily damaged.

The Road Star was conveniently located and easily accessible. Also easy to find and private. Accomodations were good. Staff friendly.

Noisy fan in bathroom. Not much choice for breakfast. Air conditioner seemed to have a problem working.

Close to airport and downtown, great stores nearby. Room and bath were clean and comfortable. Everything ( tv,fridge,wifi) worked.

Outside of building looks to be in need of clean up and new paint/siding. Maybe update the lobby and parking lot.

The room was tidy and well-organized. I enjoyed a decent location. Breakfast options were satisfactory. A solid choice for a short getaway 😊

My room was freezing, and the small electric heater in the room barely worked. I had to run a hot shower just to warm up my room a bit.

Close to shopping, good security, and the price fit perfect into my budget. The best is that it's non smoking.

Do recommend for a short break

Comfortable room, clean shower, and the outdoor swimming pool was a nice perk, along with the decent breakfast options that included eggs and waffles to keep us fueled for our city explorations.

All was wonderful.

During a Packer weekend, it was the cheapest hotel I could find.

Dirty, unkept, creepy guests, grossly overpriced at $122, was worried about the safety of my vehicle, old fashioned room keys,... And overall dump! You get what you pay for... unfortunately I paid through the nose during a Packer weekend.
